Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, please notify us within 14 days from the day of delivery for return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items and original clear bag. All items will be inspected upon return. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at and the dreamer's team discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed.

Upon inspection and approval, a refund (minus a 5% restocking fee) will be issued. This can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your banking institution. Shipping is not refundable.

Step 1: Get your return authorization number

In order to start your return process, please email hello@dreamersmommyandme.com to receive you Return Authorization number.

Step 2: Sending back your items

Once you receive your return authorization number it will be valid for 7 days. Please have your item postmarked by the 7 day mark.

Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. We can provide you with a return label and $8 will be deducted from your return (along with any other restocking fees). If you choose to use your own shipping please send using insurance and tracking. And the dreamers is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
